Essential Functions:
1. Develop, maintain, and improve sourcing, procurement and inventory management
2. Responsible for cost savings and supplier management
3. Rigorous analysis of market drivers, cost structures and technology
4. Maintain close relationships with suppliers and internal customers which drive performance and collaboration
5. Advisory to category cost trends, materials, and supply base situations
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree, Associates Degree or equivalent, demonstrated experience
2. 5+ years of demonstrated procurement and inventory management
3. Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing
4. Expertise improving current systems and delivering results
5. Demonstrated accomplishments leading and developing a team
