We have partnered with a leading women's health organisation, providing women's health services and exceptional patient care, looking to recruit a Regional Director of Operations based in Arizona.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
Based in Arizona.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business. MBA preferred.
5+years' experience in Fertility and Women's Health and/or Healthcare sector as well extensive experience overseeing operational teams throughout several branches and clinics.
Demonstrate high levels of analytical skills, strategic experience as well as ability to interact with clinical staff.
Experience in the oversight of clinics including meeting regulatory standards and high level of patient care.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Financial expertise including overseeing budgets, financial contracts and forecasts.
Instrumental in the recruitment of staff at branches including onboarding, HR standards and practices, all in line with appropriate procedures.
Overseeing the quality of each clinic, regulations, policies and patient care being kept at exceptional levels across all branches.
Managing the operational oversight in line with policies as well as optimization and improvement of efficiency to see continually improving patient care.
