Job Description / Responsibilities
Knowledge of industry standards, i.e. ASME Y14.5
Process engineering
Responsible for the implementation of visual work instruction / assembly operation process
Reviews with customer
Working knowledge of quality system models such as ISO9000, AS9100
Technical Skills:
Aircraft seating visual work instruction / assembly operation process experience preferred
To develop new build Sequence in concurrence with the Cross-functional teams of Design & Manufacturing
Good knowledge of managing projects and people, both locally and remotely, on day-to-day basis, with demonstration of 'Lead by example' behaviour
Leads positive, team relationships with internal and external customers, as well as co-workers
Implementation of better optimised assembly processes
Skillset:
Experience in Aircraft seating Assembly Operation Process
Tool Skills:
Assembly Planner, CATIA V5
Special Requirements:
Identifies and anticipates technical problems and offers solutions
Ability to apply complex and non-routine analysis
Experience with assembly process in an Aerospace Environment
Experience in assembly tooling
Aerospace experience is strongly
Customer facing experience
Ability to use test equipment and inspection equipment
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Qualification:
Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical
