About the Role - We are seeking a talented Buyer that will analyze our sell through and act upon that and help out our senior buyer with running reports and analyzing the data.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing sell-through data on Fashion Sales
Running sell through on current styles and working with marketing team for promotion and sales.
Monitoring inventory level.
Responsible for efficient purchasing of inventory.
Prepare and processing purchase orders.
Run replenishment report and create weekly restocks.
Manage inventory between locations and act accordingly.
Inventory audit.
Prepare monthly reports and reviews forecast of purchasing commitments.
Schedule and verifying purchase deliveries.
Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities:
Manage and document the shipment and receipt of all products,
Collaborates and communicates with logistics driver, inside employees, and management involved in the shipment and receipt of products
Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves and counting accurately
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Creative problem solver.
Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative environments, taking initiative to drive projects forward
Strong aptitude for partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and enhance organizational effectiveness
Skilled in developing, planning, presenting, and executing strategic initiatives that align with business objectives
