Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of Design Control and experience in the Pharma or Device industry. The successful candidate will manage and direct activities associated with small to large scale projects, focusing on non-IT business applications and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and users to identify project scope and focus
- Develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements, plans, processes, and tools
- Assign, guide, and monitor project staff to ensure project success
- Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and timelines
- Provide expert project guidance and support proactively through project completion
- Track, report, and present project progress to management and users
Required Professional Experience and Skills:
- 1-6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in business, engineering, science, information systems, or a closely related discipline
- Working knowledge of new product development methodologies
- Ability to be creative in achieving objectives while ensuring compliance to internal and external requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (MBA or MS)
- Project Management certification
- 5 years of related work experience
