What You'll Do
As our Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our branch's success, steering both operations and sales with passion and precision. You'll play a key role in:
Leading and inspiring a dynamic team.
Driving sales and fostering growth in the central Missouri market.
Cultivating strong relationships with customers and handling key accounts with a personal touch.
Innovating and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and profitability.
Who You'll Work With
You'll report to our Territory Manager and collaborate closely with:
The VP of Sales to smash our sales targets.
The VP of Shop Operations and VP of Technical Solutions to uphold our top-notch repair and service standards.
The CFO to ensure seamless operations and adherence to company policies.
Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee branch sales and operational strategies.
Cultivate client relationships and manage key accounts.
Recruit, train, and evaluate branch staff.
Propose and implement enhancements to improve workflows and team morale.
Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Manage inventory and recommend new products and pricing strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends with ongoing training in supervision and safety.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in sales with a proven track record.
5+ years of leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement.
