Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic management: according to the strategy and KPI of the group's procurement center, formulate and implement the procurement strategy, policy and plan of each subordinate department, and organize the implementation;
2. Organizational construction: Responsible for the planning and improvement of the subordinate procurement organizational structure, the organization and implementation of the development and mass production procurement team training planning and implementation, and the continuous optimization of organizational capabilities
3. Supplier management: coordinate the whole life cycle management of suppliers, sort out and implement the SQE work process, and implement the process management and monitoring of development to ensure the achievement of development performance; Fully responsible for supplier performance evaluation, coordinate and promote the optimization and improvement of supplier management system, and jointly promote the optimal allocation of supplier resources with development and procurement.
4. Process optimization: sort out and implement the procurement workflow, and implement the standardization and compliance of supplier management, fixed-point pricing, and mass production procurement process management;
5. Cost supervision: coordinate and promote the establishment and improvement of the cost model, comprehensively control the cost of contracting, and ensure that the cost reduction goal is achieved;
6. Data analysis and strategy improvement, regularly statistically analyze the procurement and supplier management data of various categories, monitor key indicators (procurement costs, development risks, payable turnover days, tentative amounts, etc.), and adjust procurement strategies in a timely manner to ensure that KPI indicators are achieved.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or management;
2. More than 10 years of professional work experience in supplier management or procurement in the automotive industry;
