Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our engineering and support departments.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and distribute requests for quotes, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
Provide data entry support, maintain databases, and perform daily mail and email sorting and distribution tasks.
Assist with shipping and receiving, process cash receipts, and perform weekly transaction reviews.
Develop expertise in multiple administrative positions and serve as a backup.
Communicate with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Prepare and distribute project-related documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and status reports.
Perform various clerical duties, including inventory management, document retention, and front desk operations.
Requirements
High School diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
3+ years of administrative support experience.
Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to type 50 words per minute.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
This is an onsite position in West Chester, Ohio. This is an contract to hire opportunity $22-25/hour
