Prior experience in a project-based or corporate environment is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and billing systems is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage contract and sales order processing within the order processing and billing departments.
Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to risk management policies and SOX compliance.
Contribute to a cross-departmental project involving multiple systems and workflows.
Perform billing tasks, including adjustments, reconciliations, balancing, research, and customer service activities to support business operations effectively.
