Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, MBA preferred but not required
8+ years Technical Leadership experience

Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a team of engineering professionals
Ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
Track record in quickly make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs
Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance, and administration initiatives. Not afraid to have an opinion across business operations.
