ViClarity is a global leader in compliance and technology solutions for credit unions and other regulated industries. We are seeking a Vice President of Compliance Services to join our dynamic team. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the company's consulting and audit services operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving service excellence.
The Vice President of League Services will be a visionary thought leader with a deep understanding of credit unions, and the State & Federal laws and regulations impacting them. They will also proactively keep abreast of the ever changing regulatory and compliance landscape with regard to the Financial Services Sector, as well as having a solid understanding of risk management best practices. The VP of Compliance Services will work closely with the CEO to align the Services side of the business with overall company goals and drive growth through innovation and exceptional service delivery. This individual will develop and grow long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients and industry partners, as well as provide direct consulting to key clients in a senior expert capacity, ensuring they and their team deliver high-quality services that meet and exceed client expectations.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and implement a services business strategy aligned with overall company objectives to drive revenue growth, profitability and high client satisfaction and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Act as an escalation point for complex issues and work to resolve them effectively.
Maintain and further develop strong relationships with our League partners and their member credit unions so they look to ViClarity as a trusted partner and expert on compliance & regulatory matters.
Lead, mentor and coach a high performing team and create a collaborative and results oriented environment.
Build relationships and understand clients' needs and business priorities to develop strategies that exceed clients' expectations.
Maintain profitable client portfolio, oversee and manage budget for compliance consulting services.
Work collaboratively with senior team and internal partners to identify and execute cross-departmental client and product/solution development opportunities.
Utilize data and analytics to assess service performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Prepare and present reports to the CEO on service metrics and initiatives.
Establish reputation as a thought leader by representing the company at industry events.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field.
10+ years of compliance experience in the banking or credit union industry.
5+ years in a senior leadership role, managing large teams and service operations.
Deep understanding of service management principles, client relations and operational best practices.
Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations impacting credit unions (or banks).
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively.
Forward thinking with familiarity of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Strong interpersonal skills: The ability to influence, motivate, build relationships and collaborate with others.
Estimated 15% travel.
