A Facility Management client of Insight Global is seeking a Technical Procurement Associate to join their Procurement team and help support the day-to-day responsibilities within the Purchase to Pay platform. The Procurement Associate will be responsible for Purchase order reconciliations, assisting in minimal sourcing, P2P pricing and catalog management, handling daily invoice reconciliations, and supporting the overall tech migration from BuySmart to Coupa. This role requires being on-site three days a week (Tues-Thurs) in either Houston, Texas or Cleveland, Ohio.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain or relevant work experience
3+ years of experience with Purchase Order documentation, invoicing, reconciliations and PO management
3+ years of Procurement/buyer experience
3+ years of P2P platform experience (Buysmart and/or Coupa preferred)
