7+ years of Product Management experience
Experience supporting initiatives focused on internal Human Resources (HR) applications
Experience standing up a product environment end-to-end from the people, process, product roadmap, ceremonies, etc.
Agile experience with experience collaborating with cross functional teams (ex: IT, HR, Design, Marketing)
Experience with stakeholder management (i.e. negotiating/influencing priorities)
Experience working with a global organization
Pluses:
Experience working in HR or HR Technology
Experience with HR Technology (ex: Workday, Cornerstone, Talent Intelligence Platforms, ServiceNow, MS Visa)
Experience with GenAI (ex: NowAssist)
Job Description
One of Insight Global's largest food & beverage clients is going through an HR Transformation and are building out a new team to assist with these efforts. Originally, the organization allowed autonomy of each region/zone to design their operational model and technologies within the HR space which has led to the utilization of multiple payroll systems, talent attraction systems, learning management systems, etc. Given the organization is moving into AI, they are looking to create a centralized global operation model and to manage the end-to-end experience in one best way.
Compensation:
$65 to 75/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
