Provides administrative support for College of Arts and Sciences (ASC) development officers. Maintains calendars and assists with developing and producing various written correspondence and documents. Makes travel arrangements, processes fiscal forms, answers phones, and maintains filing system and databases. Provides excellent customer service to inquiries from staff, donors, university administrators and other constituents. Maintains a high level of confidentiality. Performs other duties as assigned. Occasionally must be able to work additional hours, evenings and weekends.
Required - High School Diploma or GED. Experience in an office setting. Experience in customer service and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desired - Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Internet software desired. Knowledge of University fiscal policies desired.

The pay range for this job profile is $16.49 - $21.69. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
