Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

• 
  Production Operators - Execute assigned production tasks to produce quality, liquid coatings in alignment with costs objectives and customer expectations.


• 
  Warehouse Operators (Packers & Forklift Drivers) - Prepare orders for shipment according to proper procedure and customer specifications.


• 
  Quality Technicians - Coordinate the collection of random samples from production batches to measure a product's physical characteristics through a variety of complex testing.

• Aptitude for measuring/weighing materials and labeling batches in numerical order


• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety instructions in English


• Possess a strong commitment to safety and following procedures & processes.


• Ability to lift and handle up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods of time


• Ability to work in hot and cold environments


• Fork Truck experience preferred


• Ability to operate a variety of material handling equipment (pallet jacks, walkie stackies, etc.)
