We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Timekeeping Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving timekeeping issues, with an average of 30-50 cases per day. This is a process-driven role, but it also requires critical thinking and problem-solving to address a wide range of unique scenarios. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate timekeeping and resolving issues efficiently, all while maintaining high standards of service. Key Responsibilities:
Resolve timekeeping issues based on priority tier system (Tier 4 to Tier 1), with Tier 4 being the lowest priority and Tier 1 the highest priority.
Begin with Tier 4 cases, which typically have no impact on paychecks, and escalate as needed.
Phase 1: Evaluate each timekeeping request to determine the appropriate priority tier, and code/sort them accordingly.
Phase 2: Resolve timekeeping issues by applying critical thinking to solve complex or unique cases. Each request may vary, offering new challenges and requiring thoughtful problem-solving.
Maintain a consistent workflow to handle the daily volume of cases, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure that timekeeping issues are handled in compliance with company policies and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with other departments or employees when necessary to resolve discrepancies or clarify details.
