Job Description:

Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative. This person will be taking 30-40 inbound calls on average from providers and/or patients and walking through their healthcare insurance. Training is provided and will be 6-8 weeks, potential for remote after 90 days. This person will be measured on KPI's and standards of the contract. This will be a 4-month contract with extensions and possible hire. The hourly pay rate for this role will be $18/hr.

Must Haves:
  • 1-2 years Inbound Call Center experience
  • Strong Customer Service skills and Professionalism
  • Reliability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flu Shot or ability to get prior to Dec. 16th and must send documentation

Pluses:
  • Any healthcare or provider/physician contact center experience
  • Experience working within managed care provider setting (coding, billing, etc.)
