Job Description:
Job Title: Customer Support/ Account Rep. Sr
Duration: 6 + months contract (Possible Extension)
Pay range: $18.20/hr to $19.16/hr
Location: Columbus, OH
Responsibilities:
- Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries.
- Calls will need to respond with high accuracy and efficiency while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
- Functional support areas.

- Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.
Qualifications:- College Degree or previous contact center experience
