Motivate and provide direction to the Process Technicians ensuring appropriate directions, training, and evaluation
Develop and maintain the process standards in which all parts are manufactured
Review production and operating records and resolves technical processing issues
Follow established action plans for processes out of range
Specify project management and buy off of new equipment
Manage exploration of new materials and processes in order to achieve the best quality, process, and reliability
Motivate and train the mold setters, ensuring appropriate training and evaluation
Verify and apply narrow ranges for optimum processes to meet customer expectations

Compile data and analyze past and current information in order to assist in the preparation of the budget and reduce operational costs
Work with tool shops for all tool repairs and maintenance
Maintain documentation closely, following necessary timelines on specific projects
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree - Area of Study: Plastics / Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering, Technology Degree or similar
2-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Injection Molding with presses ranging from 85-3200 tons
At least 2 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry
Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces
Master-root cause troubleshooting with problem solving
Experience with valve gate, hot runner systems, and scientific injection molding principals
Desire to be hands on and overcome challenges that arise on a daily basis
