What we need from you:
Experience - 1-2 years of employee benefits experience
Knowledge - Insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures
Licensed - Active Life & Health License or are willing to obtain one
Software - Knowledgeable with Applied EPIC, Microsoft Office, and other database management systems needed
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients and answer their questions
Maintain positive relationships with Account Managers
Responsible for endorsements, audits, creating certificates, and reviewing and checking policies,
Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, summaries, and schedules of coverage for clients
Review and input applications and create letters and other forms of correspondence
Review contracts and client accounting history and inquiries
