As the credit union continues its growth momentum, it has adopted a remote workforce, and this individual will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and continually developing its workforce. The Vice President will oversee the recruitment strategy to attract high-caliber candidates at all levels of the organization, implement best practices, and create a succession plan for all divisions supporting membership needs.
Reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer, this individual will be responsible for building a comprehensive Talent Management Program aligned with the organization's strategic goals and growth plans. In this role, the incoming Vice President will lead the workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the right talent to achieve its strategic business initiatives while integrating a learning-curated University curriculum. The program will include a fire culture/knowledge-based curriculum, leadership training, and soft skills enhancement that aligns with the credit union's internal culture, goals, and employee career journey.
The successful candidate must be passionate about supporting the mission and its core values while advocating for the organizational needs that come first.
A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is required. Certification as a Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) is desired. This position requires a minimum of seven (7) years of experience designing learning solutions and conducting organizational development interventions. Experience facilitating training sessions, team building, and designing and implementing employee development solutions with exceptional leadership skills is a requirement.
