We're growing fast and looking to add a Market Development Associate to our team.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a self-motivated, high energy individual who wants to work at a fast growing company. This individual should have a minimum of 1-2 years building professional relationships and establishing connections with both management and local leaders. This role will have a strong emphasis on establishing relationships with post-acute leadership prior to Olio launching in new markets along with post-launch follow up. This individual must be willing to travel as this role will be required to maintain and expand post-acute networks throughout the country. Prior experience in market development and contracting, or training in person or via video conferencing, would be preferred. Ideally, this individual would also have a good understanding of current healthcare strategies, opportunities, challenges, and regulatory issues.

Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years building professional relationships and establishing connections
Strong presentation skills - ability to translate process and workflows and succinctly present those when introducing Olio to end-users
Strong attention to detail and customer relationship skills
A drive to learn technology in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization skills and desire to establish new partnerships for the business
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Basic understanding of the healthcare industry, including post-acute care or behavioral health
Hubspot or other CRM experience
Proficient in Google Suite
Job Requirements
Become an Olio expert and work cross-functionally with your colleagues
Contract market partners on behalf of Olio clients and ensure timely completion of training
Provide supporting resources to market partner users for successful adoption of Olio and identify ongoing training needs
Develop and maintain relationships with market partner leadership Obtain product feedback from market partner users and cascade to internal teams
Surface potential client referrals to the Olio sales team
Capture activities in Olio's CRM
Visit market partner sites, as needed, for ongoing contracting or training needs
Maintains a working knowledge of healthcare industry trends
