Job Description:
Position Summary/Responsibilities:
Utilize positioning skills to produce clear, reliable images for screening and diagnostic mammograms as indicated by the ACR Manual. Operates high tech digital mobile mammography equiptment as well as x-ray equiptment and fill processor. Performs and correctly documents technical aspects of QA/AC program for mammography. Utilizes PC and RIS system.
Education/Experience:
- American Registry of Raiologic Technologist Certification, AART (R) is required.
- MQSA qualified.
- Registered in Mammography AART (M) within 1 year of employment.
- One year experience in mammography is preferred.
