Network Real Estate Specialist| Newton, MA (Hybrid) | 12+ Months Project
Description:
Work with HQ, Submarkets, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to provide critical end-to-end contract and forecasting support of key revenue streams for inbound collocations onto neutral host venues and towers.
JOB DUTIES:
You will be the contract and forecasting analyst that will be one of the cornerstones of the business, processing inbound applications, reconciling and managing the national database, reviewing contracts for accuracy, obtaining necessary leadership approvals based on the CPS-103 requirements, as well as completing monthly financial and forecasting reports for senior leadership and performing quarterly audits to ensure task completion. Partnering with business and financial leads in Operations, Network Finance, and Accounts Receivable on projects, statuses, and deliverables.
LOCATION: Newton, MA HYRBID- 2 days in office / 3 days remote
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Experience with databases such as Fuze
Strong Google Workspace tools, Word and Excel
Manage and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and provide status updates
Ability to analyze, negotiate, structure, prepare, and present risk assessment and analysis.
Partner with peers across the organization to align on delivery dates, and project status.
Ability to evaluate issues, provide solutions, and drive aggressive timelines
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently, accurately, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage and execute competing tasks and multiple projects simultaneously.

Four or more years of relevant work experience.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree
REQUIRED SHIFT:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (may have to adjust availability due to time zone)
