Our SampleStores and BioStores are an integral part of the success of our mission. The role of Project Manager in supporting our Stores business is key to this success. The Project Manager will be part of a strong team of professionals who are responsible for overseeing the execution of Stores projects and being responsible for ensuring alignment between internal cross functional resources and customer project expectations, while delivering to committed timelines and schedules to ensure financial health of the Stores business.
Responsibilities
Function as the primary point of execution and information for responsible Stores programs
Support day-to-day activities of managing Stores programs with cross functions and customers.
Own project hours management and flow through standard portals (Microsoft POL, Oracle Cloud)
Support and provide guidance to business unit forecast for active projects through effective planning.
Drive strong cross functional relationships with key business partners such as commercial sales, manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, operational quality and supply chain.
Drive adherence to standard PDI gating for Stores projects to ensure alignment and drive improved execution via stage gate approach.
Coordinate resources with cross functional leaders to ensure the flawless execution of projects.
Provide standard risk review for Stores projects which is clearly communicated and supported with action plans.
Support customer retention through world class customer support through project execution.

Strong internal and external communication skills. Situational awareness (ability to "read the room")
Demonstrated record of organizational and time management capabilities
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, POL, etc.)
