Cool-Binz is a rapidly growing company that provides climate-controlled storage solutions for residential and commercial customers. The Naples office is searing for a full-time administrative assistant to help with the rapid growth. The new team member will have experience working and managing an office within a fast-paced office environment. This position will also require you to assist customers through the sales and order process with a friendly positive attitude. A detail-oriented approach and the ability to adapt and work as a team will be required. Knowledge of Google Suite and the ability to learn and utilize software to manage the business is necessary. Job duties will include; handling incoming sales leads and customer orders, scheduling orders and tasks in the CRM software, organizing delivery schedules, and assisting with event planning. Potential for full-time work and additional hours as the company expands can be available.

Job Duties:
