Qualifications
Read, write, speak and understand English
Hotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience of 3-4 years preferred
Refrigeration, HVAC certification or journeyman level experience
Previous management or supervisory experience of 3-5 years
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency, preventative maintenance systems and all related disciplines
Basic computer skills, administrative skills
Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
Ability to communicate effectively with public and other employees
Valid driver's license preferred
