Nemours is seeking an LPN.
Primary Functions:
At the direction and under the supervision of a recognized licensed authority, the licensed practical nurse (LPN) contributes to the nursing process by performing tasks within the framework of case finding, health teaching, supportive and restorative care. The LPN gathers patient data and performs follow-up assessments using the nursing process.
Essential Functions:
Required:
Graduate of accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
Active DE LPN licensure required
Current BLS certification required from American Heart Association.
Must have an active LPN license. This LPN position is 40 hours a week Monday through Friday 830am -500pm. There is an evening expectation once a week until 630 and there is a minimum of 6 Saturdays a year.
The building hours are Monday- Thursday 730am-630pm Friday 730am -500pm and every other Saturday 745am-330pm.
