Successful candidates will have proven experience in civil or concrete construction project management, ideally with experience in renewables or solar.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and identify areas for improvement.
- Deliver high-quality construction projects that meet client expectations.
- Support strategic planning initiatives and ensure compliance with the strategic plan.
- Provide overall leadership for concrete projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with estimating, field leadership, and subcontractors.
- Manage change orders and document changes.
- Ensure that all project documentation is organized and complete.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in civil or concrete construction project management OR solar OR renewables field
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
