Our client is a 5th generation company specializing in new and renovation projects for facilities across the United States. This position is located in Noblesville, IN.
Position Responsibilities:
Organize, prepare, distribute, and track project documentation, including submittals, schedules, field binders, closeout documents, and project correspondence.
Assist with pre-construction activities and bidding processes.
Provide daily support to the Project Management and Preconstruction teams.
Oversee miscellaneous projects, warranty tasks, and service work.
Assist with material procurement, warehouse organization, and site deliveries.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
Onsite construction experience preferred.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with construction documents.
Experience with estimating and scheduling software (Procore preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
Compensation Package Includes:
