Our client is one of the world's leading Venture Capital Funds. They seek to recruit a professional to join the Investor Relations/Fundraising team as an Analyst or Associate depending on experience level. This role can be based in NYC or SF/Menlo office.
Role:
Collaborate with the IR team to support capital formation and investor development initiatives
Play a key role in all aspects of Investor Relations, driving the creation of marketing materials, managing due diligence questionnaires, assisting with co-investment updates and leading ad hoc strategic projects that shape engagement with investors
Over time, the candidate should feel empowered to engage during meetings with LPs
Maintain the CRM
Develop a deep understanding of the firm's investment strategies
Perform analytical tasks such as identifying key trends and insights from financial data
Support the planning and execution of key investor events
Analysis of fund performance, benchmarking analysis, return projections and other statistics to help in overall LP relationship building
To be considered, candidates *must* have 1-3 years of relevant Investor Relations experience at a PE/Venture firm or placement agent.
