Our client is seeking a Design Coordinator with a strong background in design and traffic management for a 3-4-month long contract. The ideal candidate will be capable of providing ongoing support to the design team, especially during busy periods. This is a Traffic Coordinator position, but a background in design and strong active design and production skills are required.
Day-To-Day Activities:
Monitor and manage workloads.
Assign tickets in the project management tool to designers.
Communicate with teams requesting design assets.
Manage ticket assignment at the front-end, while the designing team will handle project management throughout
Support in the production of some design assets including email banners, web ads, print graphics, resizing images and logos, and more.
Technical Requirements:
Experience with ServiceNow or other project management/workflow tracking tools, just as Jira.
Strong design skills with proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop
Top Must-Haves:
Strong background in graphic design - MUST have proven design experience and a design portfolio to showcase
Proactive thinking - ability to work independently without waiting for instructions.
