JCW Search is currently recruiting for an exciting search for a VP of Product Development to join a growing Pharmaceutical company based in NJ! This role reports directly to the COO and overseas the innovation of the pharmaceutical products for the company.

Responsibilities:
Develop the plan and strategy from the initial request through manufacturing
Serve as a leader and influencer of the company's product line
Serve as the technical expert for all formulation, product development, and analytical opportunities
Qualifications:
12+ years of Product Development and R&D experience
Must have at least 8 years of leadership experience
8+ years of experience with developing new pharmaceutical products
Bachelor's Degree is required
