What You'll Do
Prepare detailed project accounting reports using bid data.
Manage project files in Procore, including RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders.
Track weekly project costs and handle monthly client billing.
Build strong client relationships through regular meetings and interviews.
Attend regional expos and industry events to represent the company.
Prepare project closeout documentation and lessons-learned evaluations.
Provide Davis/Bacon Wage and LEED compliance reporting weekly.
Participate in monthly job site walks with project teams.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
Proficiency in Procore, PowerPoint, and Primavera scheduling software.
Familiarity with Touch Plan or similar tasking software.
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and solid communication skills.
