Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily day to day operations of the production plant and meet shipment schedules.
Refine, implement, and improve plant operational and administrative policies and procedures and record keeping.
Develop and implement an operational plan for the company that addresses staff development issues, safety, operational excellence, quality improvement, financial performance, delivery, and quality of service.
Oversee and manage consumable and maintenance purchasing activities and monitor inventory levels.
Train and develop employees, and provide ongoing feedback.
Develop a supportive working relationship with Sales Manager(s), Account Manager(s), and other leadership.
Administer budgets, controlling monthly P&L results, and formulating action plans to address variances and gaps
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred (Associates or relevant experience will be considered)
10+ years of plant operations/engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants
