Job Description:

Summary: Directs and coordinates activities of one or more departments including operations, and other major divisions of business organization. Responsible for providing strategic direction as part of the Leadership Team. Formulating and organizing policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives.
  • Implement best operating practices to promote continuous improvement.
  • Lead and motivate staff and provide support to improve business performance.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of department or division for which responsibility is delegated to further attainment of goals and objectives.
  • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or BU progress toward stated goals and objectives.
  • Confers with leadership to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
  • Serves as member of management committees on special company direction and special projects
  • Confers with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
  • Manage and oversees Regional Directors

Education/Experience:
  • Four-year degree
  • 6 or more years direct experience in dental industry or multi-site healthcare
  • Experience managing P&L
