Located in our beautiful Woodridge, IL facility and reporting to the VP of Commercial HVAC and the VP Commercial Plumbing. The Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Coordinator will assist the Project Managers in the success of projects while supporting their division and the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Process PO's and sub-contracts for the purchase of equipment, supplies and services.
Process change orders.
Job cost projections and job cost reports.
Assist Project Managers with estimating, proposals, coordination, and close-out activities.
Job invoicing preparation.
Updating commodity pricing.
Material/Equipment tracking and coordinate deliveries.
Prepare PM's for monthly PM meetings.
Work with fab shop to coordinate deliveries/ordering materials.
Coordinates activities with other trades areas, project manager or outside contractors.
Qualifications:
Experience in the mechanical field a plus.
Excellent logistics, communication, and management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and present information to external clients/audiences.
Experience with project management software.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping attention to detail.
