Hours: 8:00PM to 6:30AM

Responsibilities:
The Administrator on Duty will be responsible for:
Managing hospital operations and ensuring smooth workflows during assigned shifts
Conducting rounds across patient care and support areas to maintain high-quality standards
Supervising and assisting staff, providing guidance, and resolving patient care issues
Addressing patient and family concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
Leading emergency response efforts and ensuring compliance with emergency protocols
Supporting drills and training for emergency preparedness
Monitoring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Facilitating clear and effective communication between departments
Preparing detailed reports on incidents, operational issues, and patient care concerns for senior leadership
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
2-5 years in healthcare management or an administrative role, preferably within a hospital setting
Leadership and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement processes
Ability to perform under pressure and make informed decisions
Desired Skills:
Master's degree
