The Business Office/IT Associate is a critical role at supporting both the business office and information technology departments. This position requires a highly organized, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Office Support:
Maintain accurate electronic and manual record-keeping systems
Process school orders, track deliveries, and code invoices
Reconcile credit card charges, revenue, and expenses for school events
Provide administrative support to the Associate Director of Finance and HR, Associate Director of Technology, and CFO
IT Support:
Respond promptly to technology needs and support requests from faculty, staff, and students
Become proficient in school software systems to provide effective support and upgrades
Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT, or related field preferred
Experience in a school or nonprofit environment is a plus
Strong proficiency in data entry, accounting software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of student information systems, VOIP phone systems, and general office technology
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
