We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused D365 CRM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software components and services that empower customers to optimize their business processes. Your work will involve leveraging cutting-edge technologies and making data-driven decisions to meet customer needs effectively.
Location:
Candidates must be within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC or willing to relocate. Travel to project locations may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, test, and maintain software solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem.
Customize and develop solutions using C#, .NET, and Dynamics 365 frameworks.
Leverage Azure technologies for implementing apps, services, APIs, and data integration.
Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to robust software engineering practices, including testing, debugging, and optimization.
Analyze and resolve technical issues, driving investigations to successful conclusions.
Interact with clients effectively to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.
Collaborate in a global delivery environment and work independently or in team settings as required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.
4+ years of experience with D365 CE (Customer Engagement) and familiarity with Azure Implementations for apps, services, APIs, and data.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, and Dynamics 365 customizations.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices.
Proven ability to plan, schedule, and deliver quality software solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Exceptional client interaction and communication abilities.

Experience with creating detailed requirement specifications based on architecture/design processes.
