* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
* 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, with specific experience in claims and billing processes
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
* Experience with PI planning and large-scale Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) is a plus
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables.
Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel to facilitate Kanban transformative change.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
