Job Description:
- Familiarity with rolling machines out.
- Setting up accounts and user settings within active directory
- Troubleshooting machines to make sure they are functioning properly.
- Experience troubleshooting network problems (understanding of TCP/IP, and DNS)
- Experience support Windows and Mac
- Windows 10, office 365
- Mac - Multiple versions (Nice to have)
- AV Support Experience
- Microsoft Office
- Prefer experience with 2013, 2016 as well as Office 365
- Navigation and understanding of Active Directory users and computers
- Windows 7 and 10 experience. Mac OSX experience a plus.
- Imaging Systems
- Understanding of GPO and file permissions
- Ability to Troubleshoot applications commonly installed on Windows and Macs
- Comfort troubleshooting hardware of desktops and laptops including Dell, Lenovo and Apple
- Ability to troubleshoot network problems
- Understand TCP/IP and how a computer joins the network
- Internet troubleshooting such as understanding of DNS and traceroute
- Position will require ability to take phone calls, work at user's desks and be able to physically move machines
