We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Kaysville, Utah. This contract offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to system improvements and BI solutions.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business units (finance, HR, payroll) and technical teams.
Lead system enhancements and training efforts.
Develop complex BI queries and enhance Power BI and Windchill capabilities.
Create and modify reports, formulas, and charts to meet evolving business needs.
Coordinate interdepartmental activities and collaborate with external agencies.
Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with business systems (financial, accounting, HR, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Strong skills in Power BI and Excel, with experience in Webi document creation and complex reporting.
Familiarity with Windchill and BI query functionality preferred.
Aerospace experience is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team with flexibility for remote work after initial training.
Additional Information:
Onsite in Kaysville, Utah, with a possibility for hybrid work.
