Candidates should have substantial expertise in data center HVAC, electrical systems, server troubleshooting, equipment installation, and maintaining high cabling standards. Strong organizational skills are essential, as coordinating with external vendors for installations and repairs will be a key aspect of the job.
Key responsibilities include working on electrical systems such as switchgear, UPS, and diesel generators, maintaining HVAC components like CRAC units and liquid cooling systems under ASHRAE standards, and racking, stacking, and troubleshooting IT hardware.
