As the Director of Medical Staff and Education, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Renown Health's mission. You'll oversee medical staff functions, lead continuing medical education initiatives, and champion the professional development of our healthcare providers.
What You'll Do
Leadership: Guide and support medical staff operations, ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
Education Excellence: Develop and implement continuing education programs that drive clinical excellence and innovation.
Collaboration: Partner with physicians, nurses, and administrators to enhance interdepartmental communication and promote best practices.
Strategic Planning: Align medical staff and education goals with Renown Health's mission, vision, and values.
Mentorship: Inspire and nurture a culture of lifelong learning and professional growth within the organization.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership in medical staff services, education, and payor enrollment.
Expertise in healthcare accreditation and regulatory standards.
Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Visionary thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Bachelors degree required. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in physician relations and interaction is required. Five years management experience.
Certification in NAMSS, CPMCM or CPCS is required within 24 months of hire.
