Job Description:
This role is for a Project Manager with in the Civil Industry!
Responsibilities include:
- Contract Management from beginning to the end.
- Managing a Bridge and Road crew in the field.
- Interacting with Owners and Suppliers.
- Negotiating Project Specs and Conversion Rates.
- Negotiating Purchase Orders, Forecasting, Scheduling Resources, Estimating and Planning Production.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Road and Bridge is a must.
- Managing a Road or Bridge team is a must.
- Experience is key to this role.
- Experience managing complex project from start to finish.
- Experience analyzing production data.
- Ability to think on their feet, with sudden issues that may arise.
(Not looking for an Owner's Rep).This position includes:
Annual Bonus.
All national holidays off.
Work life balance (Flexibility if needed for kids events etc).
60-70% in office, 30% in the field, Car Allowance/Gas Card.
