What you will have to accomplish as an "ME Root Cause Analysis"

Identify the operational needs of production, define and write work methods

  • Read, understand and interpret engineering drawings, process specifications and norms and standards.
  • Assess technical feasibility based on engineering data.
  • Gather data and create pareto.
  • Ensure a technical liaison between the different departments.
  • Evaluate the technical content of support requests.
  • Investigate the source of problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Exercise a technical advisory role with the production.
  • Support the client during technical analysis related to non-quality or during improvement activities
  • Perform, follow-up, support problem solving (5WHY, 8D, 9F) with the different departments
  • Provide support and coaching to production on the application of effective and preventive corrective measures

Discipline :
  • Production support: This is the discipline that allows you to exercise a technical advisory role with production.
  • Understand the requirements of AS 9100 standards for the responsibilities of this position. Respect the company's QMS procedures and apply the tools when carrying out tasks.

Skills and qualifications required:

  • You have a college or university degree in mechanical, avionics, electrical, industrial, or electromechanical engineering, aircraft manufacturing or a related discipline;
  • You have several years of experience in production;
  • You are comfortable reading technical drawings, have a good 3D visualization and have a good analytical mind;
  • You have good logic and a good mechanical mind;
  • You are an excellent team player, you are known for your perseverance and judgment;
  • You are familiar with computer-aided drawing software (Catia V5).
  • You are proficient in SAP.
