We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Technical Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Epicor's Kinetic ERP (version 11 and up), collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to transforming business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for the Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Perform data mapping, system configuration, and process optimization to support the transition from Dataflow to Epicor Kinetic.
Leverage SQL and C# to analyze, customize, and troubleshoot ERP functionalities.
Participate in workshops and training sessions to guide teams through Epicor Kinetic features and functionality.
Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and the new ERP system to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system workflows and user guides.
Support testing and validation phases, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of ERP functionalities.
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP implementation and optimization.
Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP (version 11 and up) is required.
Proficiency in SQL and C# for data analysis and ERP customization.
Strong business acumen and proven ability to gather and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
