Global Customer Success Manager

$90k base, $180k++ OTE

As Global Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and growing key strategic accounts, ensuring client success, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:
  • Account Ownership: Serve as the primary contact for global accounts, fostering strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to expand and deepen relationships with existing accounts, focusing on upselling and driving revenue growth.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their unique needs, delivering tailored solutions and acting as a proactive problem-solver.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage your experience in media with a hardware element to position the company as a valued, innovative partner.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless account management, from onboarding to ongoing support and renewals, delivering best-in-class service.
  • CRM Mastery: Use Salesforce to track and manage account activity, generating insights to optimise strategies and client outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years in account management or customer success, ideally with exposure to complex technical sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven success managing accounts in innovative, fast-paced industries such as media, hardware, or emerging technologies.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building trust and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strong understanding of how to create growth strategies within large enterprise accounts.
