This team is responsible for a long term internal application transition. You will have the chance to shape cutting edge products that are integral to international business unit level success.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving as a subject matter expert in various stages of software development, including coding, testing, and deployment.
Leading significant development initiatives and driving project completion.
Contributing to the development of standardized methodologies and best practices.
Leading code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Owning technical debt and implementing strategies to reduce it.
Leading small teams and delegating tasks effectively.
Decomposing complex problems into manageable steps and implementing solutions.
Making informed decisions and balancing short-term and long-term goals.
Adapting to changing requirements and exploring innovative solutions.
Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Providing on-call support to ensure system reliability and availability.
Qualifications:
Core Skills: C#/.NET, SQL, Database design, API development, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), test-driven development, and Agile methodologies.
Experience: Proven track record in software development, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
